Casitas Colorados U-1

Description - Two casitas on one property with a pool. One is 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and the second one is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom located on the south end of Iguana beach, only about 2-3 minutes walk to the community beachfront pool and restaurant, 4 minute walk to Colorados beach break and 15 minute walk to Panga Drops. Thease brand new casitas has A/C in all rooms, 2 flat screen TV, Dish TV, wireless internet and a generator back up system that powers on in case of a power outage. The two casitas provide the perfect privacy from each other while being close as well. It is great for a large group of up to 10 people but would also be perfect for a couple of a group of 4 (in the 2 bedroom). Each casita has it's own kitchen and living room and is completely separate from the other.

Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 6 people in the 3 bedroom casita with 2 twin beds in two of the guests bedroom and a queen size bed in the master bedroom. Can sleep up to 4 people in the 2 bedroom casita with two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size bed in the master.

Rates 2 bedroom casita- (Includes cleaning every other day)

All year around: $140/night for 1-2 people, $15/night per additional person.

Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter): $270/night for 1-2 people, $15/night per additional person, 5 night minimum

Rates 3 bedroom casita- (Includes cleaning every other day)

All year around: $140/night for 1-2 people, $15/night per additional person.

Ideal Location

We stayed in Casita U-1 for a week in November. The home is beautiful and perfect for a family. It had the amenities we needed, two full bathrooms, TV with satellite and air conditioning. It has a large open layout for the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are a nice size with large closets. Very clean and well taken care of. There were others who stayed in the 3-bedroom on the same property, but the way the houses are situated we both had our privacy. So, don't let this keep you away. The casita is a short walk to the beach, pool, restaurant and bar. This is where you could find us most of the day through sunset. Hayden and Uli, property managers are friendly and informative. They regularly checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They help coordinate an amazingly fun zip line adventure in San Juan del Sur, daily horseback riding for our daughter and a massages for mom! The Iguana community center is walkable with options for food, bike rental, surf shop and best of all ice cream! We can't wait to go back.
